I don't expect everybody to always agree. It's a freaking discussion board. The mods have the right to edit posts. That's kind of what it means to be a mod to help things run right. If a mod is abusing that right or privledge, we need to know that. Mods have been removed before and could be removed again. Now a mod should not bait. Now I know that we all bait sometimes and we all, or most all, get a little hot under the collar now and then. There is a difference in baiting to get someones goat and baiting to get someone to go to the point of being banned.

If a mod makes a post and then deletes/edits it later to make themselves look good and a poster look bad, please let me and other mods know.

None of us, even the mods, are perfect and our judgement isn't always right.

Now that being said, go to most places on the internet and find a place where people come on and constantly belittle mods and see how long those people last. You can disagree with a mod all you want, you can even not like a mod, and guess what I'm sure that mods may not like some of you but lets make this clear, on here, if you don't like what a mod says, you can respectfully say something and then its best to contact me or another if the mod is guilty of threats or attacking you.

There will be no more mod-bashing and if that is all you want to do, or disagree that things don't run your way, then please let me know and I'll remove you, no hard feelings. I've joined things before or went to places that I grew out of, or didn't like, and that can be the case with this.

Enough games. If a mod pushes it, then we'll work that out and if a poster pushes it, we'll work that out.

Let's see if some of you can be the adults you're supposed to be.
